UK BUSINESS VISA DETAILS

The UK business visa is a one-time or extended-term visa that entitles the bearer to a maximum of six consecutive months of residence in the UK. If you are travelling to the UK for one of the following reasons, you must apply for this visa:

  • Conduct regulatory or financial audits as an internal auditor for a UK branch of the same group of businesses as your employer abroad.

  • get training from a UK-based company or organisation in work practises and procedures that are necessary for the visitor's job abroad but are not offered in their home country.

  • Travel itinerary and travel history

  • Evidence that you can afford your stay

  • the ability to pay for your flight journey to and from the UK, as demonstrated

  • Evidence that you will depart the UK after your visit is over

  • Evidence of the commercial ventures you'll be conducting in the UK

Eligibility requirements

  • At least 18 years of age is required.

  • You must be able to sustain yourself financially during your visit.

  • Your basic health necessities must be met by the authorities.

  • You must have a formal business invitation from that nation's government before you can conduct business there.
